It was an engaging morning of content from concepts of quality improvement to essential tools in measuring quality. The day also featured several quality clinical improvement projects from both SKMCA and Sweden. The day was led by our CQO Dr. Joacim Stalfors who spoke passionately about the importance of improving quality in healthcare generally and more specifically for patients in SKMCA. Attendance included delegates from Sheikh Khalifa Speciality Hospital in Ras al Khaimah and Sheikh Khalifa General Hospital in Umm al Quwain.
