SKMCA are a key healthcare provider in Ajman and Masfoot. It has four branches:

Sheikh Khalifa Medical City Ajman situated on University road. Al Jurf Area Ajman. Next to University of Ajman, opposite to Grand Central.

Location for on Sheikh Khalifa Hospital – Masfoot:

Near Public library Masfoot, Near Sanad Service Center and Masjid Obaid al Shaali.

Appointments can be scheduled in one of two ways: Call our Call Center at Tel: +971 6 71 17 777, or go to Request an Appointment.

We recommend that you arrive at the check-in desk at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure that there is enough to check – in and complete all pre-appointment registration formalities.

UAE Nationals: Please make sure to bring your Emirates ID and we also recommend that you bring any medications or medical records from other facilities.

GCC Nationals: Bring Emirates ID to your appointment and proof of residency in Ajman. We also recommend that you bring any medications or medical records from other facilities.

Expats: Please make sure to bring your Emirates ID, health insurance card, marriage certificate. We also recommend that you bring any medications or medical records from other facilities.

Employees: Please make sure to bring your Emirates ID and Employee ID.

Same day appointments may be available for certain services. Please contact the Call Center at Tel: +971 6 7117777 and ask them to transfer you to the specific Departments or Visit Departments page you will find contact numbers for each Department.

Arabic and English are both spoken.

Sheikh Khalifa Medical City Ajman is a secondary care hospital focused on the treatment of complex medical conditions within our areas of specialization. To learn more about our services please visit our Departments page.

Sheikh Khalifa Medical City Ajman does have a retail pharmacy. We provide complete pharmacy services for patients being treated by SKMCA medical staff.

Our Emergency Department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to provide emergency services to patients.

Around 180 physicians from different parts of the world, and have been selected based on their qualification and needs of the population.

SKMCA’s inpatient visiting hours are:

Female and Male ward in Sheikh Khalifa Hospital – General

Morning: 10am – 12pm

Evening: 4pm – 8pm

Emergency – 24/7

Inpatient – 24/7

Maternity ward:

Morning 10am – 12pm

Evening 4pm – 8pm

Labor Room: one person is allowed “prior permit is required”

Pediatric:

Morning 10am – 12pm

Evening 4pm – 8pm

The Hospital regular visiting timing in Special Care Areas:
For the ICU:

Morning: 12pm – 1pm

Evening: 6pm – 8pm

For NICU: parents are allowed to visit at any time.

Medical Reports may be obtained by filing a request with the Medical Records Department. The person requesting the report must present a valid Emirates ID and pay a processing fee of 100 AED. Reports will be available after 5 working days.
