When should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend that you arrive at the check-in desk at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure that there is enough to check – in and complete all pre-appointment registration formalities.

What should I bring with me?
UAE Nationals: Please make sure to bring your Emirates ID and we also recommend that you bring any medications or medical records from other facilities.
GCC Nationals: Bring Emirates ID to your appointment and proof of residency in Ajman. We also recommend that you bring any medications or medical records from other facilities.
Expats: Please make sure to bring your Emirates ID, health insurance card, marriage certificate. We also recommend that you bring any medications or medical records from other facilities.
Employees: Please make sure to bring your Emirates ID and Employee ID.

Are same day appointments available?
Same day appointments may be available for certain services. Please contact the Call Center at Tel: +971 6 7117777 and ask them to transfer you to the specific Departments or Visit Departments page you will find contact numbers for each Department.

Our Emergency Department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to provide emergency services to patients.

Inpatient – 24/7
Maternity ward:

Evening 4pm – 8pm
Labor Room: one person is allowed “prior permit is required”
Pediatric:
Morning 10am – 12pm
Evening 4pm – 8pm
The Hospital regular visiting timing in Special Care Areas:
For the ICU:Morning: 12pm – 1pm
Evening: 6pm – 8pm
For NICU: parents are allowed to visit at any time.

How can I get a medical report?
Medical Reports may be obtained by filing a request with the Medical Records Department. The person requesting the report must present a valid Emirates ID and pay a processing fee of 100 AED. Reports will be available after 5 working days.

How do I raise a suggestion or a complaint?
