The Department is staffed with a team of expert consultants and nurses and is supported by state-of-the-art ambulances fully-equipped to be at the service of patients’ needing emergency support.
Our top priority is treating people with urgent or life-threatening illness and injuries.
Identification required for all patients
To help us with your treatment, please be prepared to provide the administrative staff at reception with:
- 1. A valid Identification document.
- A valid health insurance card.
- GCC Nationality or UAE Passport holder without family book-residing in Ajman must present proof of residency as per the hospital policy.
Patients and Visitors
We know you need the support and encouragement of your family and friends to assist you, but for safety reasons we can only allow one or two visitors with you in the ED treatment area at anytime. Sometimes we may need to ask them to leave during your treatment.
Visitors must always respect the privacy and care of other patients. Children must always be accompanied by a parent or carer.
