Sheikh Khalifa Women and Children Hospital, one of the facilities of Sheikh Khalifa Medical City – Ajman, has been re-accredited by World Health Organization (WHO) and United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Baby-friendly Hospital Initiative on March 7, 2023.
The Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative reaffirms Sheikh Khalifa Medical City Ajman’s commitment to support breastfeeding and encourage mothers to breastfeed both in and out of the hospital, thereby improving the mother’s and baby’s overall health and well-being.
We congratulate all of the mothers, babies, and staff who took part in the re-accreditation audit.
