GHP and SKMCA organized a workshop on cultural awareness. Swedish and Emirati colleagues participated alongside creating a more cohesive environment that will benefit us all. The workshop specifically focused on leadership styles, expectations and skills and keys to continuous intercultural collaboration. Even though we are two different cultures it is essential to embrace our differences to work better together.
