The feto-maternal medicine visiting physician program is an educational event held at SKMCA  to dessiminate up-to-date and latest updates in techniques and approaches for dealing with maternal and/or fetal complications, delivery or neonatal care.

The program will also aim to enhance the knowledge and skills of the specialist at SKMCA to make advanced intrauterine diagnoses and treatments, as well as deciding and planning mode, place and timing of delivery, depending on the problem.

The Educational objectives of the program include:

  • Discuss and share the outcomes and learning experience from the antenatal care program implemented at SKMCA.
  • Approaches to management of perinatal outcomes from preterm birth and low birth weight
  • Management of diabetes during pregnancy
  • Discuss the latest updates in fetal diagnostics
